Due to the nature of our subscription box service, we do not issue refunds for an item but will replace your item if damaged.
Please email Sarcazm & Sockz immediately if you have received any damaged or missing contents of your box. We will be happy to help find the best solution for any Damaged, Missing or Faulty items that you have received.
Please make sure that when you email email@example.com that you attach clear pictures of any damaged or faulty items so we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that if you are inquiring about your missing box, it can take 3-5 working days shipping before you receive your box. You will receive a tracking number once your box has shipped.
For health and safety concerns we can not accept returned products that may have come in contact with food.
You may cancel your Sarcazm & Sockz subscription box service at any time. However, please keep in mind the billing cycle and cancel in plenty of time before the next recurring charge would take place.
Once you cancel, you will be sent any remaining boxes for which you have paid and will not be charged again.
To cancel your subscription log into your account, select 'subscriptions', select 'manage', select 'subscription settings' then cancel.
